SEMI-PRIVATE FITNESS TRAINING

Semi-private training is an excellent way to work out. By training with a workout partner, you get extra motivation and accountability and it’s also a little easier on the wallet. As semi-private fitness programs are shared programs, we recommend that you and your training partner(s) have a similar fitness level. These programs are a little less individualized; however, we will still need to do a fitness assessment to make them as individualized as possible.

To find out whether semi-private training is the right fit for you, you and your training partner(s) should complete the intake form first, and we will be in touch to set up a free consultation.

CONSULTATION

Before starting a fitness program it is important for us to meet and discuss your overall fitness goals and level of commitment to starting an exercise program. We offer a 30 min Free Consultation via Zoom or in person at our studio. To sign up, click on the link below, fill out the intake form and we will be in touch shortly.

FITNESS ASSESSMENT

Whether you are a beginning exerciser or a seasoned athlete, doing a fitness assessment is an important way for us to get a baseline of your current fitness level so we can carefully individualize your workout program.

SEMI-PRIVATE FITNESS TRAINING (2 ON 1)

We offer 1 and 4 month programs (1-5x/week) for two-on-one training. We will discuss which training schedule is the best fit for you, your lifestyle and your goals during our consultation call. Our programs come with access to our app which has your semi-private workout program as well as nutrition accountability to ensure your success. 

*If you and your training partner are ready to sign up, please select and purchase 'Fitness Assessment' along with your chosen commitment. You and your training partner will need to sign up separately.

SEMI-PRIVATE FITNESS TRAINING (3 ON 1)

OUR ADDRESS:

Since the COVID-19 pandemic we have been working in our home studio on Beach Ave, Downtown Vancouver. Our commercial space is set to open November 2022.
