We are located at Groundwork Athletics which is at 736 Granville Street in Downtown, Vancouver, right across from Nordstrom's. For drivers there is underground parking just off Robson Street, behind Winners.

There is a never ending list of benefits to keeping fit and the truth is that as one’s fitness level improves the quality of life improves synergistically.
Whether you are a beginning exerciser or seasoned athlete, fitness assessments are a great way to get a baseline of where you are today according to your overall health and fitness. The fitness assessment allows us to create a workout program specific to your fitness level and needs.
We offer 4, 8 and 12 month programs for one to one training, that allows you to make a commitment based on your goals and expectations. Our clients work with us anywhere from 1-5x/week and also part take in group training to maximize results.
We offer monthly programs that allow you to work alongside one or two friends, family members or colleagues, which is great for keeping each other accountable to your goals. Our semi-private clients also work with us anywhere from 1-5x/ week and part take in group training to maximise results.
We offer Strength & High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) group classes. Our HIIT Class is a fast paced class with long work periods and short rest breaks to increase endurance and stamina, while optimizing caloric expenditure with functional movements. This is a great way to lose weight and tone up. Our Strength Class is a slower paced class as longer rest periods are required to optimize strength gains. Focusing on major compound movements, bodybuilding and accessory work, this class is for anyone looking to gain strength and muscle. You can buy a single class drop in, packs of 4 or 8 or sign up for our unlimited class membership. Classes are anywhere from 3 to 8 people. Our current HIIT classes run on Monday at 7pm and
Friday at 6pm, and our Strength classes on Wednesday at 7pm and Saturday mornings at 10am.
Our online services includes monthly fitness programs, assessments, nutrition planning, coaching and support. This is great for people with a little more experience in the gym who are looking for a fresh workout plan and accountability.
