I always thought private trainers are just some steroid heads screaming at you to do one more rep. Guys at ad iron fitness proved me I couldn't be more wrong. It starts with warm, cheerful atmorphere in their gym and ends with their deep insight into how to train correctly and efficiently.I was working out my whole life and I thought I know a thing or two about how to do it. Being trained by Ed made me realizeI was just waving some heavy things around without it making much sense. I've seen noticeable improvements in my strength and physique since I started doing things the right way.Shout out to Ed and Chris, you guys are the best!

Fantastic trainers and an excellent facility. Edu is a superb and very friendly trainer. All the trainers are wonderful and eager to connect with everyone who works out there. If you're in search of a great workout atmosphere with both handsome and friendly trainers, this is the place to be.

Joining Thrive and Conquer was the best Fitness Training decision I have made! I added 15 pounds of muscle since then and I join them about 18 months ago. 🏋🏻‍♀️🏆❤️

I've been training with the AdIron Team for the past two months and I am super pleased with the decision. I feel so much more confident and comfortable in a gym setting after having worked with Adam and Eduardo - not to mention the huge progress they've helped me achieve since joining. The team is experienced and friendly, the facilities are pristine, and the equipment is in perfect condition.If you're like me and want to train but intimidated by the typical gym environment, I would highly recommend starting here. The lighting is also great for mirror selfies.

I love the gym. The owners are super friendly. The gym is very clean. And they have all of the equipment needed for proper weight lifting. I highly recommend it.

Me and my partner have been training here for three months now, and are very happy with this choice. All the trainers we've been working with are passionate, knowledgeable, attentive and positive. They prioritize the individual needs and don't rush through workouts (doesn't mean they won't push you though - they definitely will, and its a good thing! πŸ™‚ . Can recommend!

The personal trainers at this downtown Vancouver studio are top notch. I have trained with Adam, Eduardo and Josh, and all 3 of them are very experienced, established, excellent personal trainers who truly care about their clients. They take the time to educate me during sessions, above and beyond correcting my form. They help me tap into the strength they know I have, so I can continue to improve in ways I'd likely struggle to without their professional guidance. Plus, I genuinely enjoy spending time with them because they're awesome human beings. 5 stars without hesitation.
